Clearspring Vegan Tofu Chocolate Mousse
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Setting time: 1 hour
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients:
1 pack/300g Clearspring Organic Japanese Silken Tofu
½ tsp Clearspring Organic Japanese White Miso Paste
90g dark chocolate – melted
2-3 tbsp maple syrup
Any fresh fruit – we used strawberries
Fresh mint leaves
Method:
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl with warm water.
- Open the pack of Tofu and drain the liquid.
- Place the tofu in a blender with the melted chocolate, maple syrup and white
miso and blend until smooth. - Place in a large container and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
