Unplugged and Healf launch Wellbeing Cabin

When it comes to wellness, a digital detox is the ultimate way to unwind, lock those phones away and experience nature to its full potential. With this in mind the UK’s original digital detox escape Unplugged has elevated its signature restorative cabin experience with purposeful, wellbeing essentials from one of the UK’s fastest growing wellbeing companies,

Healf, the leading modern health-tech company, to introduce its Helix, its new wellbeing cabin – a first-of-its-kind space where time offline and in nature is supported by thoughtfully curated tools to enhance rest, recovery and reconnection.
In a natural evolution of Unplugged’s mission to help people to truly switch off and disconnect from devices, the fully-kitted cabin introduces a new approach to wellbeing. It is the first to include curated, state-of-the-art health & wellbeing touchpoints, supplements and products powered by Healf and
designed around its trademarked Four PillarsTM of wellbeing: EAT, MOVE, MIND, SLEEP.

Recognising that stepping away from screens is powerful on its own, this partnership – which also marks Healf’s first physical partnership – makes this more impactful when paired with rituals that restore balance across both body and mind.
Aptly named Helix, this new wellbeing cabin reflects a growing shift: rather than escaping tech entirely, people are seeking a more intentional, hybrid approach to how it supports their wellbeing. This collaboration allows Unplugged to introduce purposeful tools – from sleep tech and red light devices to cold water therapy and recovery tools – to help guests build healthier digital and wellbeing habits for the
long term, while amplifying the restorative power of being offline and in nature through products designed to support rest, enhance recovery and facilitate a mind-body reset.

Rooted in Healf’s Four PillarsTM, the Unplugged cabin will include a handpicked selection of products that will support a guest’s digital detox and ‘recharging’ period. These include Everyday Dose Matcha and LMNT Electrolytes to nourish and hydrate (EAT), a Pilates by Bryony yoga mat and resistance bands to encourage accessible movement as well as a Therabody Theragun Relief for better recovery (MOVE), a
Healf Journal and a Bon Charge Mini Infra-Red Light Panel to support reflection and calm (MIND), and custom sleep masks to help promote deeper rest (SLEEP). Guests also have exclusive use of a Monk Ice Bath and wood-fired sauna. Together, these tools are designed to amplify the benefits of being off-grid and in nature.

Hector Hughes, co-founder of Unplugged, said: “Since we launched, we’ve always been about going back to basics and prompting an analogue lifestyle. More and more, people are looking for ways to feel better – not just by switching off, but by supporting their overall wellbeing while they do.

“Partnering with Healf is a natural next step. It lets us explore the benefits of being offline and in nature with thoughtful and curated additions that promote the benefits of a digital detox, such as improved recovery, rest and sleep etc. in an advanced way.”

He added: “Helix is our first ‘on-grid’ cabin that has a little more power for the wellbeing products. We believe these small additions will enhance the overall experience, helping guests truly reset, improve relationships with their devices, and move from mindless scrolling to mindful living.”

Max Clarke, Co-Founder of Healf, agreed saying, “Healf was started with the firm belief of giving power to the people to take control of their wellbeing in an industry full of noise and confusion.

“One of our core beliefs is that wellbeing is deeply personal – never prescribed. Through our partnership with Unplugged, we’re excited to see what people discover about themselves and their wellbeing when they take time to tune in to their body, rest, and reset.

“We’ve kitted out Helix – this first-of-its-kind cabin – with products from industry-leading brands, including Bon Charge, Therabody, Pulsetto, Monk, and more, to create a unique experience that reminds people that wellbeing is intuitive and sometimes the best way to listen to the world within you is to unplug from the one around you.”

Now available for booking, Helix offers Unplugged’s signature 72 hour, tech-free experience – with phones locked away and instant cameras and Nokia phones provided – but with added moments of Healf-powered connection and input. The experience invites a new kind of reset: one that acknowledges modern life while helping guests truly switch off and reconnect with themselves, others and nature.
