This Thanksgiving, diners are invited to step into the heart of Mayfair at Brown’s Hotel, just moments from Bond Street and Regent Street. With its long history of hosting literary legends, dignitaries, and royals, Brown’s offers the perfect setting for an elegant celebration.
At Charlie’s at Brown’s, chef director Adam Byatt has curated a three-course Thanksgiving menu available for both lunch (à la carte) and dinner (set menu). The highlight is a free-range Norfolk Bronze turkey, sourced from Downlands Estate’s Maple Ranch, a sustainable farm on the Surrey-Hampshire border known for ethical farming practices. The turkey is carved tableside from Charlie’s signature silver trolley, adding a touch of theatre to the experience.

The Thanksgiving Special Menu – available on 27th November– features seasonal starters, including clam chowder and squash soup, followed by a choice of warming mains – think braised halibut, potato gnocchi, and of course, roast turkey with all the trimmings. For dessert, diners can expect a spread of pecan and gingerbread pie, pumpkin crème brûlée, and cheese.

Those not visiting Charlie’s on Thanksgiving itself can still enjoy a hearty, festive meal. Signature dishes such as grilled Ibérico pork chops, pasture-fed beef, and hand-cut strozzapreti remain staples of the menu, alongside the restaurant’s renowned Sunday roasts.
