Panda Optics has officially pulled the wraps off its latest innovation, the RS2 polarised ski goggle, following its debut at the 2025 London Snow Show. Now available online, the RS2 marks a major leap forward in clarity, performance, and all-weather adaptability -positioning itself as one of the most advanced goggles heading into the winter season.

As the successor to the widely praised RS1, the RS2 isn’t just an upgrade, it’s a full rethink of what high-end mountain eyewear can be. Merging next-level optics with a redesigned lens-swapping system and enhanced comfort engineering, the RS2 delivers a package tailored for riders who expect flawless performance from first lift to last lap.
“We’ve taken everything riders loved about the original and elevated it,” said Oliver Heath, Product Director and founder of Panda Optics. “Sharper optics, enhanced fit, and innovative lens technology – all designed to perform in any weather or terrain.”
Precision Vision Meets All-Mountain Durability
At the heart of the RS2 is its upgraded magnetic lens system, supported by reinforced side clips for extra security. Riders can snap lenses on and off in seconds, even in heavy snow or mid-run, without worrying about the lens shifting during high-speed descents.
Each goggle ships with a free low-light HD lens, dialled for those tricky visibility days- overcast, snowfall, flat light, or dusk – ensuring riders never compromise on clarity when conditions turn.

The RS2’s enhanced polarised optics deliver standout glare reduction and elevated contrast, offering more accurate colour definition and improved depth perception—crucial when carving through bright powder fields or navigating shadowy tree runs.
Fog-Free Performance in All Conditions
The integration of Guma® anti-fog technology, paired with significantly upgraded top and side ventilation, keeps the RS2 crystal-clear for longer. The improved airflow system helps regulate internal temperature and prevents the dreaded mid-run fogging that plagues most goggles during demanding conditions.

A redesigned frame architecture -reduced in depth for comfort, increased in lens depth for a wider field of view – means riders benefit from a more immersive visual experience without sacrificing fit or helmet compatibility. The triple-layer moisture-wicking face foam ensures all-day comfort, even during high-output sessions.
Engineered for Every Rider, Every Mountain

What sets the RS2 apart is its versatility. Whether charging steep chutes on a powder day, cruising bluebird groomers, or hunting lines in low light, the RS2 is built to adapt. It’s an all-conditions, all-terrain goggle aimed at riders who want one piece of gear that does it all.’
With the RS2, Panda Optics reinforces its commitment to combining premium engineering with rider-focused design- balancing performance, durability, and everyday usability.
