September 2026: This Autumn, from 1-31 October, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts is celebrating the signature flavours and culinary artistry that has shaped its global gastronomic identity with the launch of Taste of Shangri-La festival, bringing together some of the brand’s most accomplished chefs and iconic dining destinations.
From Paris and Istanbul to London, Toronto, New Delhi, and Colombo, Taste of Shangri-La invites food lovers to discover specially curated menus across 11 hotels and 25 signature restaurants and bars. Each experience showcases the culinary character of its venue through a selection of celebrated dishes, crafted by the chefs who bring each restaurant to life.

A Taste of Asian Cuisine at Shangri-La Dubai, UAE – At Shang Palace, a limited-edition four-course Chinese menu celebrates time-honoured traditions with modern refinement, featuring dishes including Beef Short Rib Bun, Aubergine with Black Bean Sauce and Mango Pomelo Sago. Four-course menu from AED 288 per person.
Cantonese cuisine and contemporary mixology meet at Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, where guests can savour the most decadent flavours of China at Shang Palace, with five-course menus featuring signature dishes including braised e-fu noodles with lobster and cheese, available with tea pairing for AED 298 or Chinese wine pairing for AED 438 per person. French Flair and Asian Favourites at Shangri-La Paris, France – Celebrate the city of light’s culinary diversity across three distinctive venues with menus from €78 per person. Island Inspirations at Shangri-La Le Touessrok, Mauritius – Across Kushi, Safran and Coco’s, Shangri-La Le Touessrok celebrates the flavours of Japan, India and Mauritius. With a la carte menus featuring signature dishes from citrus-marinated black cod and Goan prawn curry to contemporary island-inspired dishes, the experience captures the diversity of the Indian Ocean.
Coastal Indulgence at Shangri-La Colombo, Sri Lanka – At Capital Bar & Grill, fire and flavour take centre stage with dishes including adobo-glazed smoked chicken leg. At Shang Palace, Cantonese tradition is reimagined through a tasting menu featuring double boiled chicken soup with morel mushrooms and crispy braised beef with aromatic Hua Diao wine glaze and Menus from LKR 14,888++ per person.
